- Does the computer have a dual core processor? If yes, continue.
- Is the PCI card revision 00c0? If yes, continue.
- Turn off the SERR messaging in the PC bios. Then restart the computer and try WinCNC again.

I am getting a Device Driver error
- First check to see that the devices show in the Device Manager. Click "start", right click "My Computer", click
"Properties", and then find the "Hardware" tab, or just "Device Manager". Check to see if the PCI 7200SX, and
the Multifunciton Adapter are both installed.
- Is the UAC turned off? Go to our "How To's" page and find the driver installation instructions for your proper
operating system. You can also try to unintall and re-install the drivers by following the instructions.

WinCNC gives me the error: "Key Not Found"
Try to reseat your daughter board to your PCI card, and reseat it firmly in the computer PCI slot, then restart WinCNC. 
WinCNC gives me the error: "Wrong Key Found"
There is most likely a problem with your DAT file. Please
contact us for support. 
When I home one of my axis it does not display 0 Check your
G92 and Tool Offset Indicator for blue and/or green boxes.
If these boxes are present then this would explain why your positions
do not display 0. Refer to the
manual "REF: LIM_CNT" 
When I home my machine it does not hit the limit switch
Check for noise problems on your limit switches. Please refer
to our
manual "REF: LIM_MODE" 
WinCNC gives me the error: "Could not hook requested interrupt"
- Change slot in which your PCI card is placed
- Disable any unused devices in you BIOS setup

My machine does not move specified distance

- Check your backlash:
Set up a stationary dial indicator. Jog slightly into the dial
indicator and set the dial to 0. Command G1 L91 X.5 to jog .5
inch away from the dial indicator. The distance from 0 on the
indicator represents the actual amount of backlash to the
be represented by displaying a B followed by the value on
the axispec line of hte tested axis.
